The end is near. Its closer than you think it is. The way things have been going and are going, and I'm pretty sure will be going in the same way in the future, everything will be gone soon. Just have a look at the fourth assessment report of the IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and you will find out what i mean to say.
There is a nice summary of the report on the following site :
http://www.greenfacts.org/studies/climate_change/index.htm
Its getting worse with each passing day. It's just a deep dark cloud of greenhouse gases thickened by ignorance and neglect. I don't see any silver linings anywhere.
Imagine floods and hurricanes in some parts and droughts and desertification in others. Imagine the scenes from the movie 'The Day After Tomorrow', then 'Waterworld', only much more gruesome and chilling. Imagine living(IF u survive that is) in darkness, choking on the very air you breathe, just imagine..........................................................
Is there still time to change? As a friend of mine keeps saying(the same friend I made the clay model with) "Ten years to save the world, that's all we've got!!". And she has been saying that for more than a year now!

Well..bumped here through neo's blog.Climate changes that are seen now a days are cause of concern for sure..its in d headlines everywhre...but are we really doing anything about it???
asking that question will not help..noone will tell you to do anything about it..you have to takew the responsibility..AM I DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT? yes i am trying and making others realize that they should to..thats about all I can do right now..and so can you..
even the ocean is made up of drops of water..
hell..thats what will be coming on earth!!
you know first everything will melt..earth will be really hot...then slowly it will cool down...ultimatly ice age will settle down again...just what you said.
It's a high time that we should do something. But it is the human's nature to destroy itself.
