I applied for a job. I asked him for the details regarding the job requirements, payments etc. He obliged. We made the necessary negotiations. I said I'll start as soon as possible. He said OK. I started my research and came up with a few things which I could present to him. It was a long process as I was not in tune with the subject. Anyhow, I managed to come up with th required goods.
Just as I was about to begin, I see someone else doing the job. I ignore it, thinking he might need more than one person for the job. Then he tells me that due to 'financial constraints' he would have to put me and my research on hold. Grrrrrrr. No problem. I calm myself down. It's just a matter of time. I'll wait and watch.
But then I see the other guy working on the same stuff that I had already worked on. Aaaaarrrgghhh. Now all hope is lost. It has been two days since last contact. So I've applied for another job somewhere else. Reply still awaited. Keeping my fingers crossed.
