In a Pool of Trouble

Damn these summer holidays! I have nothing to do except laze around the house all day, and it's too damn hot to go out(my car's AC is out of order too, DAMN!!!). So to use all that pent up energy, get some exercise and also cool off in the process, I decided to go swimming in the club in our locality.

It's the only club which is within walking distance from my place(and the only one to which I have membership). The pool is a small one, it's about 13x5m and has depths varying from 2.5ft to 7ft. The thing that is not small about it is the number of people in it at a given point of time. I go in the last slot, 8-9pm, and you have to see it to believe it! It looks like someone has poured water in the spaces remaining after it has been filled with people. Completing an entire length from start to finish was a tough task. Either I would bump into someone or would stop midway when I felt someone slither past me or to avoid trampling those small children playing and wrestling in the pool. Aaaarrggghhh....some exercise! Damn these holidays!

Still reading Forsyth. Given up on the job front for now. No reply from the other guy either. Getting a little worried about the training thing. Everyone else has got in somewhere or the other. Even the completely useless people of my class. Damn damn damn!!!

I've noticed most of my posts are frustrated, I wonder why.

You got that right! It sure is hot in Delhi. I could use a dip in the pool myself. If only one was near my place...
