Rock on

Cliched title, I know, but nothing fits better. What happened today has never happened in the history of my college. When I was there I never thought something like it would ever happen. It was beyond anyone's imagination. Not anymore.

A full fledged Rock Concert featuring real bands and really good music. The set up was extraordinary. And to top it all, it was for a noble cause. The money collected through sale of tickets would go directly to the Bihar Flood Relief Fund. There was a massive crowd and my ears are still ringing from all the noise.

The last time I had been to a concert was so long ago that I don't even remember when it was. The last good one was in IIT Delhi where Parikrama brought the house down. Then there was this mini-concert in MAMC which was also decent. But today was on a completely different level. There was so much headbanging and screaming that after one performance I couldn't speak properly. I still can't. And my neck is as stiff as stainless steel right now. Had to ask someone to help me back the car out of the parking! Tomorrow morning it's going to be titanium. While writing this it has started to ache so badly that I can't continue now.
